Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers while establishing clear goals and career development paths
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for customer success, focusing on retention, expansion, and customer advocacy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs inform product and service strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Extensive background in Merchant Services, particularly in payment Acquirer, Payfac, and/or ISO environments
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven track record in building and scaling customer success teams in high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of payment technologies and customer success metrics
