Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer-facing support and troubleshoot production issues
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure issues are resolved
- Build and maintain relationships with users and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years of experience supporting business-critical enterprise applications
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and/or administration
- Proficiency in reading/writing queries in MS SQL Server
- Experience leading small projects and familiarity with IT tools like JIRA
- Knowledge of software development using modern tools and technologies
