Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule in-home and virtual appointments for providers and clinical staff
• Utilize scheduling software to manage and optimize provider schedules
• Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to address scheduling gaps and ensure patient care delivery

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of work experience in a healthcare setting
• Preferred experience in call center or scheduling roles
• Preferred knowledge of patient communication protocols and service recovery
• Preferred experience in a value-based healthcare setting
