A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist, US Based Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate transactions, ensuring timely and accurate closure
- Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
- Serve as the main point of contact for agents and clients, coordinating schedules and providing updates during the closing process
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or transaction coordination/processing
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Technical proficiency with multiple software systems
- Experience in managing multiple contracts preferred
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage competing demands effectively
