Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist, US Based Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate transactions, ensuring timely and accurate closure
  • Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
  • Serve as the main point of contact for agents and clients, coordinating schedules and providing updates during the closing process
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or transaction coordination/processing
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Technical proficiency with multiple software systems
  • Experience in managing multiple contracts preferred
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage competing demands effectively
