A company is looking for a Project Coordinator- HVAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicates with Project Managers and Superintendents to resolve project-related issues
- Prepares and manages daily paperwork and documentation for project approval and processing
- Assists with project planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress towards goals
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in responsibilities of a Construction Project Coordinator
- Proficient with scheduling software, specifically Smartsheets
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
