Job Summary
A company is looking for an ICS Team Lead to support their Integrated Customer Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time staff performance and ensure KPIs are met
- Serve as first-line support for Specialist questions and escalated customer issues
- Provide ad hoc training and coaching as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 3-5 years in customer service and/or data entry
- Experience leading or coaching a team in a contact center or customer service environment
- Strong keyboarding and data accuracy skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
