Job Summary
A company is looking for an Incident Manager responsible for leading the resolution of incidents affecting customer services across an international geography.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and clear communication during incident resolution
- Manage customer requests involving internal departments and external partners
- Review and revise processes to drive efficiency within Service Assurance
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IP Operations environment
- Minimum 3 years in a technical 2nd line support position
- Excellent knowledge of IP, MPLS, and routing protocols (ISIS, BGP, OSPF)
- Experience with SD WAN components and troubleshooting CE/CPE configurations
- CCNP or JNCIP certification preferred
