Job Summary

A company is looking for an Incident Manager responsible for leading the resolution of incidents affecting customer services across an international geography.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and clear communication during incident resolution
  • Manage customer requests involving internal departments and external partners
  • Review and revise processes to drive efficiency within Service Assurance
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an IP Operations environment
  • Minimum 3 years in a technical 2nd line support position
  • Excellent knowledge of IP, MPLS, and routing protocols (ISIS, BGP, OSPF)
  • Experience with SD WAN components and troubleshooting CE/CPE configurations
  • CCNP or JNCIP certification preferred
