Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager for the 1st Shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing builder accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
- Conduct discovery calls to understand dealer needs and present tailored product solutions to drive sales
- Manage sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and meet or exceed sales quotas while leading contract negotiations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales or account executive roles with full sales cycle responsibility
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience in managing complex deal cycles
- Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office products
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred
