Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Support Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities
• Initiate sales opportunities through outbound cold calling and inbound calls
• Manage price requests and maintain customer information in CRM software

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Lighting industry experience and product knowledge required
• 1-2 years of sales experience in a similar inside sales role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Teams, and Excel
• Experience with CRM software preferred
