Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives
• Design and develop effective learning solutions to address performance gaps
• Create and update curriculum for various training modalities, ensuring quality standards are met

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in curriculum management, learning experience, or instructional design in a corporate training environment
• 2+ years of experience in adult learning or professional training programs
• BA or BS degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a relevant field
• Strong understanding of instructional design processes and knowledge transfer methods
• Experience with applications and authoring tools such as Microsoft Office, Articulate 360, and Adobe Creative Cloud
