Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives
- Design and develop effective learning solutions to address performance gaps
- Create and update curriculum for various training modalities, ensuring quality standards are met
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in curriculum management, learning experience, or instructional design in a corporate training environment
- 2+ years of experience in adult learning or professional training programs
- BA or BS degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a relevant field
- Strong understanding of instructional design processes and knowledge transfer methods
- Experience with applications and authoring tools such as Microsoft Office, Articulate 360, and Adobe Creative Cloud
