Job Summary
A company is looking for an In-house Insurance Paralegal (temp, possibly temp-to-perm).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide paralegal and administrative support to legal executives and/or attorneys managing daily legal needs
- Assist with discovery processes and liaise with outside counsel on litigation and regulatory matters
- Support LCR SaaS applications, perform UAT testing, and manage a central contract repository
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in-house within an insurance or financial services environment
- Direct experience coordinating with outside counsel and supporting discovery processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint; familiarity with contract lifecycle or legal operations systems preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage competing priorities independently
- Professional, collegial, and proactive approach
