- Coordinate all phases of international relocation activities and ensure compliance with client policies
- Provide exceptional customer service to assignees and their families while managing vendor relationships
- Deliver consultative expertise on industry best practices and assist clients in developing international policies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Related business experience in customer service or relocation field
- Experience in a highly pressurized customer service environment
- Demonstrated analytical and process skills
- High level of accuracy and process orientation
- Bilingual and/or expatriate experience is desirable
