• Deliver consultative expertise on industry best practices and assist clients in developing international policies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Related business experience in customer service or relocation field
• Experience in a highly pressurized customer service environment
• Demonstrated analytical and process skills
• High level of accuracy and process orientation
• Bilingual and/or expatriate experience is desirable
