Inventory Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant, Inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close activities related to inventory and prepare account reconciliations
• Review and validate transactions impacting inventory in the general ledger
• Assist with the management and reconciliation of inventory accounts across financial reporting systems

Required Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in inventory or cost accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a top-tier university
• Big 4 accounting firm experience strongly preferred
• CPA or active progress toward CPA certification is strongly preferred
• Experience with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, is a plus
