A company is looking for an IT Help Desk professional to join their IT team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tier 1 level technical and procedural assistance via phone, email, and chat
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Log all help desk interactions and track problems and requests
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; some college coursework required
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft O365 suite
  • Ability to assist others with complex issues in a professional manner
  • Learning and initiative skills
