Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 level technical and procedural assistance via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Log all help desk interactions and track problems and requests
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; some college coursework required
- Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11
- Working knowledge of Microsoft O365 suite
- Ability to assist others with complex issues in a professional manner
- Learning and initiative skills
