Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Service Management Manager (Remote - Ohio/NC).
Key Responsibilities
- Drives process improvements in IT operations to enhance reliability and efficiency
- Documents and reports metrics, monitoring events within ITSM or ESM processes
- Leads collaboration efforts for problem resolution and change management across teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in Operational IT services, or
- High School Diploma or GED with 10 years of experience in Operational IT services
- Experience in ITSM Process Management (Change, Incident, Problem, etc.)
- ITIL Certification preferred, Six Sigma preferred
- Currently a contractor or contingent worker is preferred
