IT Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst II to provide IT support to end users utilizing its systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot daily IT issues for desktop PCs, mobile devices, and VPN tunnels
• Oversee IT activities related to user access, incidents, service interruptions, and downtimes
• Document and communicate processes, including "how-to" guides and downtime procedures

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience preferred
• Proficient in technology with experience in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Experience with hardware, networks, and voice dictation systems like PowerScribe
• Prior experience in Healthcare IT
• Knowledge of radiology workflows and ability to provide effective on-call support
