Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to manage its technology infrastructure and ensure security compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain security controls for compliance with FERPA, COPPA, and ISO27001
• Provide remote technical support to over 400 distributed team members and manage IT infrastructure
• Monitor application performance and automate routine tasks using scripting languages

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of IT support experience, including 2 years in security/compliance roles
• Experience with FERPA, COPPA, or ISO27001 compliance
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably GCP
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and mobile device management
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
