A company is looking for a Law Enforcement Policy Training Content Developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, review, and author written content for public safety and local government training materials
- Evaluate and update policy training content to ensure alignment with best practices and accreditation standards
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to develop high-quality training content within deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of law enforcement training experience within the last seven years
- Minimum of two years of supervisory/managerial experience within a US-based law enforcement agency
- Minimum of three years of experience developing law enforcement policy and training content
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Criminal Justice, Education, or Public Policy
- Advanced functional knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
