Law Enforcement Training Content Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Law Enforcement Policy Training Content Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, review, and author written content for public safety and local government training materials
• Evaluate and update policy training content to ensure alignment with best practices and accreditation standards
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to develop high-quality training content within deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of law enforcement training experience within the last seven years
• Minimum of two years of supervisory/managerial experience within a US-based law enforcement agency
• Minimum of three years of experience developing law enforcement policy and training content
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Criminal Justice, Education, or Public Policy
• Advanced functional knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
