Lead Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Designer (Contract) to join their design practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and sharing of methodologies, best practices, and processes for excellent design solutions
• Lead the design of detailed, accessible digital initiatives that address customer needs and project KPIs
• Mentor junior-level team members and manage small project tracks autonomously

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of visual design experience, preferably at a digital agency
• Polished client presentation skills with the ability to communicate design intentions effectively
• Experience leading design projects with limited oversight
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office
• Experience with motion graphics programs like Adobe After Effects is a plus
