Learning Experience Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Design Manager to design and develop virtual learning resources for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum development and instructional design for various product lines and initiatives
• Manage large-scale training projects from discovery through delivery, including project budgets and participants
• Analyze client training feedback to improve content and ensure learning experiences meet compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a learning and development role, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in an Agile development environment
• Proficiency in eLearning software and graphic design tools
• Skilled in project management across multiple learning initiatives
• Familiarity with LMS-supported content types and basic administrative operations
