A company is looking for a Learning Experience Design Manager to design and develop virtual learning resources for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead curriculum development and instructional design for various product lines and initiatives
- Manage large-scale training projects from discovery through delivery, including project budgets and participants
- Analyze client training feedback to improve content and ensure learning experiences meet compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a learning and development role, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in an Agile development environment
- Proficiency in eLearning software and graphic design tools
- Skilled in project management across multiple learning initiatives
- Familiarity with LMS-supported content types and basic administrative operations
