Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lease Admin Associate Manager responsible for managing workflow and day-to-day activities of the team in portfolio administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Portfolio Administration services and oversee daily operations of the team
  • Provide leadership and support for new hire training and integration
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior leadership and clients
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in business, finance/real estate, or accounting
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to read and understand financial statements
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple high priorities
