Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Secretary to support attorneys in a Virtual Office team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial and administrative assistance, including court filings and document preparation
  • Maintain organized files and manage client deadlines and appointments
  • Coordinate meetings and ensure compliance with office policies regarding file management
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; college degree preferred
  • At least five years of experience as a legal secretary
  • Experience with state and federal court filing procedures
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and litigation processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal software such as Lexis Nexis and e-Filing systems
