Licensed Behavioral Health Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Case Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist consumers using clinical skills and provide case management for mental health and substance use disorder services
• Refer members to appropriate resources and assist with discharge planning and transitions between care settings
• Collaborate with providers to address mental health concerns and contribute to treatment plan discussions

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field, or RN with 2+ years of behavioral health experience
• Active, unrestricted clinical licensure in state of residence
• 2+ years of experience in a related mental health setting
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Access to secure, high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace at home
