Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Time Tracking & Absence Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process design and configuration in Workday for Time & Absence modules, supporting Payroll lead for touchpoints
- Facilitate business process design workshops in Workday Time & Absence, curate and validate business requirements
- Collaborate with an offshore Time and Absence consultant, requiring experience in working with offshore teams
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of Workday experience
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university preferred
- Workday Certification required
- Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality
- HCM & Payroll certification would be a nice to have
