Licensed Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the contract review team, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures related to client agreements
• Draft and finalize legal documents, including contracts and confidentiality agreements
• Lead contract negotiations and manage the entire contract lifecycle for numerous client accounts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in at least one state and in good standing
• 3+ years of experience as an attorney in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook)
