A company is looking for a Licensed Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding policies and billing
- Research customer inquiries and ensure timely responses to appropriate parties
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining service levels
Required Qualifications
- One or more active licenses in Property & Casualty
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in Property and Casualty Insurance or equivalent education
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
