Key Responsibilities
- Deep dive on client-reported blockers to identify workarounds and test technical solutions
- Troubleshoot technical and data-centric issues, including ETL pipelines and data schemas
- Participate in client and internal meetings to leverage product expertise for decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Technical acumen with a strong desire to learn and understand complex software
- Proficient in web development principles and programming languages, specifically SQL or Python

- Ability to work flexible shifts to support clients across time zones
