Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will help existing customers maximize their usage of a Master Data Management platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate project planning and implementation for new customers while ensuring cross-functional teams stay on track
- Manage escalations and proactively identify risks to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify additional use cases for platform expansion and align resources with customer strategic goals
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer success or account management within the software industry
- Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and practices
- Ability to manage multiple enterprise software accounts across different segments
- Familiarity with various deployment models such as SaaS and on-premise solutions
- Experience in engaging with stakeholders and executives to drive customer initiatives
