Licensed Project Civil Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Civil Engineer - Federal Engineering and Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive civil design efforts on federal projects including grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout
• Develop detailed planning and design documents, technical specifications, and reports
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, high-quality project outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
• Minimum 6 years of experience in civil/site design, ideally with federal clients
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and other relevant design software
• Deep understanding of DoD, VA, and federal design standards and processes
