Key Responsibilities

• Mentor doctoral students in dissertation research as chair or committee member using an online platform
• Teach assigned courses and interact with students through the online learning platform, ensuring timely feedback and grading
• Maintain availability for student support and attend residencies as required

Required Qualifications

• PhD in psychology or developmental psychology
• Expertise in qualitative research methodologies
• 2+ years of online or technology-enabled instruction experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reliable internet access
• Commitment to supporting student learning in a distance education environment
