Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer for a 3-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design and develop instructional materials, ensuring alignment with learning objectives
• Utilize authoring tools to create interactive online learning modules and integrate multimedia elements for enhanced engagement
• Manage multiple instructional development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a lead role
• Strong expertise in instructional design methodologies and various learning formats
• Familiarity with learning technologies and eLearning development tools
• Certification in instructional design or project management preferred
