Job Summary

A company is looking for an MBA / Business Tutor to provide online tutoring services to students.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online tutoring sessions using the Socratic method to foster critical thinking
• Work remotely based on personal availability and student demand, primarily during evenings
• Onboard within 2-5 business days after hiring and maintain responsiveness to session requests

Required Qualifications

• Completed an MBA program with knowledge in various business courses
• Access to reliable, high-speed Internet and a quiet environment for tutoring
• Received excellent grades in undergraduate or graduate studies
• Minimum availability of 2-5 hours per week during fall and spring semesters
• Preferred background in teaching methodology or experience tutoring at the college level
