A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and scale marketing communications across the entire customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead lifecycle strategy across key stages of the customer journey to enhance customer engagement and revenue growth
- Develop and optimize lead nurture programs and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns
- Drive activation and retention metrics while partnering cross-functionally to align on campaign execution and goals
Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in lifecycle, customer, or email marketing, preferably in high-growth B2B or SMB-focused SaaS companies
- Demonstrated success in lead nurture, activation, and retention
- Expertise in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
- Proven ability to influence go-to-market and product strategies through lifecycle insights
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred
