Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in managing claims involving property damage or injuries with legal representation
• Ability to conduct detailed damage reviews and interpret insurance policies
• Proficiency in utilizing digital communication tools for customer engagement
• Strong negotiation skills with various stakeholders including customers and third-party carriers
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and empathetic service delivery
