A company is looking for a Manager, Loyalty Program to lead the development and management of a loyalty program.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and delivery of a long-term vision and initiatives for the loyalty program
- Oversee program analysis, customer journeys, and integration plans with internal and external systems
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans and ensure the program's long-term success
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of loyalty program experience in an Ecommerce environment
- Experience in developing loyalty propositions from inception to ongoing maintenance
- Experience with consumer-facing digital products
- Project and stakeholder management experience at senior levels
- Commercial experience managing complex budgets and P&L
