A company is looking for a Manager, Service Reliability Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high-performing Application Support team, aligning strategic goals with organizational priorities
- Oversee infrastructure design and operations, ensuring system reliability and proactive monitoring
- Drive automation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to enhance system performance and user experience
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in application support, system reliability, or IT operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience managing highly available systems, including cloud-based infrastructure
- Deep knowledge of system performance optimization and troubleshooting methodologies
- Proficiency in programming and scripting for operational task automation
