Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manufacturing Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve issues affecting Scrap, Rework, and Repair (SRR) hours on the F-35 Flightline
• Provide second shift Flightline support, including defining process specifications and interpreting blueprints
• Support continuous improvement efforts through innovative tooling and process enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including second shift
