A company is looking for a Marketing Enablement & Operations Coordinator to support operational functions within the Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement process for the Marketing team, including contracting and renewals
- Oversee marketing-related legal documents and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners
- Support the management of the Marketing budget and assist with onboarding new team members
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 4 years of experience in marketing, operations, or related coordination roles
- Proficiency in Monday.com, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and Contract Management Systems
- Understanding of various types of Marketing agency relationships
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a focus on process improvement
