Key Responsibilities
- Manage and configure HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows, lead scoring, and email templates
- Optimize the marketing technology stack and ensure reliable data synchronization across platforms
- Conduct campaign operations, tracking, segmentation, lead capture, and database quality management
Required Qualifications
- 4-7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Growth Operations, particularly in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and familiarity with Salesforce
- Experience integrating marketing tools such as ZoomInfo and Salesloft
- Strong understanding of data governance, reporting, and analytics
- Excellent project management skills and ability to translate strategies into scalable processes
