Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead customer education and enhance brand authority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the customer education roadmap including webinar planning and content strategy
- Develop and execute live and on-demand webinars, including scheduling and promotion
- Collaborate with teams to create case studies, testimonials, and manage the online Help Center
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, customer education, or communications
- Experience in B2B marketing or working with associations is a plus
- Familiarity with help center platforms, marketing automation tools, or CMS platforms is a plus
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
