Marketing Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager, Jira Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of a centralized project management system using Jira for the Marketing organization
• Audit existing Jira instances and co-define project management architecture with the Marketing Ops team
• Build and document the new Jira system, including custom workflows, automation rules, and integration with other tools

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience working with Jira, with deep hands-on experience in designing and building Jira instances
• 8+ years of technical program management experience in marketing
• Strong familiarity with Jira Software (Cloud) and Jira automation
• Experience in Marketing Ops or Project Management within SaaS or FinTech environments
• Ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, high-trust environment
