Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Mental Health Therapist (Licensed in Maryland).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop targeted treatment plans for clients
• Follow clinical protocols and manage client safety regarding self-harm or harm to others
• Maintain accurate documentation and stay current with industry trends in telehealth counseling

Required Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in an area of Mental Health (psychology, social work, counseling, etc.)
• Active independent licensure in the state of Maryland; licensure in 2+ states is highly desired
• Interest and ability to provide both short-term and long-term therapy
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
• Must have high-speed internet and a private, confidential workspace free from distractions
