Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Examiner with MA jurisdictional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to achieve appropriate and timely resolutions
• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing with claimants and clients

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of New England states, specifically MA
• CT licensing preferred, but not required
