Medical Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative - Medical Records or Audit.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and create medical record packets for audits and payer requests
• Log audit requests and ensure timely and accurate follow-up on invoices
• Develop relationships with payers and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• 2+ years of major medical insurance collections or home infusion billing experience
• Medical record compilation experience
• Familiarity with payer audits
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications
