Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and resolve incoming calls from members, providers, and other constituents
  • Issue authorizations and handle claim inquiries while providing accurate benefits information
  • Process customer claims and fulfill requests for ID cards and other customer service inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent; business-related college courses preferred
  • Two years of customer service or call center experience
  • Two years of experience in the health care industry or insurance environment preferred
  • Strong computer and technical skills for data entry
