A company is looking for a Member Services Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and resolve incoming calls from members, providers, and other constituents
- Issue authorizations and handle claim inquiries while providing accurate benefits information
- Process customer claims and fulfill requests for ID cards and other customer service inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent; business-related college courses preferred
- Two years of customer service or call center experience
- Two years of experience in the health care industry or insurance environment preferred
- Strong computer and technical skills for data entry
