Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mortgage Business Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective Real Estate Agents, Loan Originators, and potential customers
- Develop and implement strategies for agent recruitment in alignment with company objectives
- Conduct outreach, networking, and field recruiting efforts to grow the Branch network
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- No NMLS registration required as this is a non-originating role
- Experience in recruiting or business development preferred
- Understanding of the real estate and mortgage industry is beneficial
- Ability to maintain compliance with all regulations
- Part-time availability for a non-exempt position
