Job Summary

A company is looking for a Computer Operator II to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform front-end primary jackpot monitoring and support
• Address, triage, and escalate casino systems issues as needed
• Provide technical support and coordinate with Field Services

Required Qualifications

• Two-year technical college degree or comparable experience
• 1-2 years' experience in a related field preferred
• Experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, Call Center, or Customer Service role
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Card
