Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume book of Personal Lines Insurance business, ensuring timely and accurate task completion
- Build client loyalty through positive relationships and high-quality service
- Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 3-7 years minimum experience in Personal Lines Account Management required
- Property & Casualty License required
- Valid driver's license and insurance required
- Experience with agency management software preferred
