Epic Payment Posting Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Posting Supervisor to lead their payment posting team within the Revenue Cycle Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor the Epic HB & PB payment posting team to ensure high performance and accuracy
• Oversee the accurate and timely posting of insurance and patient payments, adjustments, and refunds in Epic
• Analyze payment trends and denial reasons, developing action plans for improvement

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in medical payment posting, revenue cycle, or healthcare billing, with Epic Resolute HB & PB
• At least 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a revenue cycle or billing environment preferred
• Strong expertise in Epic HB & PB payment workflows and reconciliation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including data analysis and reporting
