Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician Patient Outreach Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to eligible patients and enroll them in the specialty pharmacy program
• Educate patients on the services offered by the specialty pharmacy program
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and perform other assigned duties

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Licensed North Carolina pharmacy technician; national certification preferred but not required
• 0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a related field
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or PTCB/ExCPT License preferred
• Commitment to obtain required licensure if not currently held
• Willingness to complete training to become nationally certified within 6 months of hire
